Welcome to the 2026 Saskatoon Box Lacrosse Season

U7 (Mini-Tyke) Division Information

Lacrosse is a very inexpensive sport to play and allows kids to make lifelong memories and friends. At the U7 level kids get 22 hours of floor time over the course of the season which works out to under $10 per hour of floor time.

It all starts with having fun! U7 lacrosse is a non-contact introductory program focused on fun allowing our U7 players to develop a love for the game in a safe and fun environment as players are introduced to basic lacrosse skills through small group instruction and skill building games. Games are structured in accordance with the Long Term Athlete Development Program of Lacrosse Canada indicated in the CLA Rule Book - Option X  Games are played with smaller nets and on half the playing surface. 

Years of birth - 2020 and 2021

Days of the week - Tuesday and Thursday

2 - 1 hour floor times each week

First floor times will be the week of April 6th pending facility availability.  First floor times will be at the Kinsmen Arena for all U7 players.

Players from Warman and surrounding area will play in Warman at the Legends Center or Diamond Arena as soon as the facilities in Warman become available.

All new players are welcome and all levels of experience are welcome.

We have opened registration for the upcoming 2026 season.  Here are a few things that you should know.

• Season length plan is from the second week of April till the end of June

• Our division coordinators will be contacting you with your first floor time as soon as plan is laid out. They will give you your first floor time and you will be able to make arrangements as needed
